President of Zambia inspects SHACMAN heavy trucks

On the morning of May 1st, many of Zambia’s government agencies, corporations and citizens took to the streets of Lusaka to celebrate and attend the annual Labor day parade.

Thousands of parade vehicles and floats accepted the president’s review as they pass the Statue of Freedom. This year’s labor day was “Through production to achieve national development, stable employment and social justice.” The parade vividly shows the worker's daily work scene.

This year’s only Chinese invested enterprise, sponsored in part by SHACMAN Zambia office, local dealers and the Drivers Association attended the parade with its F2000 trailer and dump trucks. They slowly passed the reviewing stand and accepted their reviews from the president, government officials and citizens. With their powerful engine sound, slogans and attractive appearance, the vehicles received cheers from the crowd.
